Ultratec Special Effects has announced the release of their new Dry Icer Low Lying Fogger.

The Dry Icer is a New and Improved Professional, Cost Effective Solution for creating Spectacular Low-Lying Fog Effects. This sleek new design has a 20 pound Dry Ice capacity which is placed in a Stainless Steel Basket. Other new features are Low Water Shut Off Indicator, 4” Hose Adaptor and Heavy Duty Latches on the Lid. The Low-Lying Fog Output is controlled by lowering the Stainless Steel Basket with the 3 Step Pivoting Ratchet System. This will allow the basket to ease into the boiling water to create continuous Low-Lying Fog for approximately 5 minutes.

ETC Education has put together a series of training videos for their Ion console. When you purchase a new console you will receive the Fundementals 1 DVD, which can also be purchased through any of our offices, or watched online. Fundementals 2 will be available soon.

Adrian Segeren, President and Marnie Styles, Vice President are pleased to announce the renaming of Le Maitre Special Effects Inc. to “Ultratec Special Effects Inc.”

We will no longer be distributing any Le Maitre UK Manufactured Products; however we will continue to sell off the remaining inventory. The ProStage & Pyroflash products can still be accessed from our web site: www.ultratecfx.com for up to date product pricing.

This name change will allow us to differentiate ourselves especially in the Global Markets.

Our name is changing however our philosophy is not. “Our commitment to listening to our customers’ and developing products that are current and relative to the market place” will remain the same.

Our focus will continue to Improve the Quality of Pyro Products, Improve our Customer Service and Develop New Products. As many of you know we have made many positive changes in the Huntsville Facility and we are dedicated to continue implementing these positive changes.
